Orders

All orders must be placed by individuals at least 21 years of age. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions here, you are acknowledging that you are at least 21 years old prior to making a purchase from this website.

All pure silver items sold through our website are handcrafted. Therefore, creations are made individually by our silversmith.

Although we will try to fulfill orders immediately and ship within two business days of receiving a completed order (excluding custom orders), situations can arise. In the case where an item cannot be shipped within this timeframe, the purchaser will be notified by email with an update of when the item(s) will ship.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they are received. In the event two customers select the same item at the same time, whichever customer completes the order first will receive the item in question.

Payment

All pricing is in US dollars and does not include shipping. Orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.

Shipment

All orders are shipped with insurance and a tracking number. Once an order has shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to the customer—please provide a valid email during the purchasing process.

Shipments of items will require a signature upon delivery. Please have someone who is at least 21 years of age sign for the package.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are required to have a legitimate, verifiable, U.S. address for shipping.

Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally cost more than shipments to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs are based on where the item is being delivered and determined prior to order payment completion to prevent shipment delays.

Returns & Refunds

We sincerely hope our products do not need to be returned to us, however, in case they do, please adhere to the following:

  • any and all products to be returned must be new, unaltered, and unused;
  • custom orders are final orders and will not be refunded;
  • to return qualifying orders, please contact us via email at: order@smokingsilverpipes.com within 24 hours of delivery to let us know you wish to return your order (we will respond with an address to ship it to);
  • in the email, please attach photos of: the shipping package exterior, the product’s wooden box (exterior and interior), and the product itself (all angles) to show its condition;
  • repackage the entire package, including the wooden box and all padding inside to cushion the item;
  • send the package via a carrier (FedEx or UPS) that provides tracking and purchase necessary insurance for at least the purchase price amount of product being returned, in case it is damaged or lost and request signature for delivery;
  • please email us with the shipping information (carrier, tracking number, expected date of delivery); and
  • upon receipt of the new, unused, unaltered, undamaged product, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price (minus any shipping or processing fees) to the original purchaser.

In the event that a package is lost, the carrier will be contacted and the proper process for insurance claims will be followed.

Custom Orders

If interested in having us create your design for a pure silver pipe, please begin the process here:

  • complete and send this form (click here);
  • if providing a mobile phone number, please indicate whether or not we may text you if needed;
  • provide design detail preferences;
  • use the message space for details not addressed in dropdown lists;
  • if you are requesting a color accent we do not already use in our designs, please be flexible as substitutions may have to be made;
  • be as specific as possible with pipe dimensions (length of stem, width and height of the bowl);
  • include any other details;
  • attach drawings or photos of the design you have in mind (you might have to optimize your images in order to upload them);
  • avoid copyrighted designs (if applicable); and
  • send the email.

In addition, please note the following:

  • our silversmith may not be comfortable with your design and offer something of their own for your consideration;
  • all of our creations, including custom orders, will be stamped with ‘999’ and have our mark on them;
  • a detailed, written quote will be emailed to the email provided with the original design request;
  • orders requesting color accents we do not have in stock may require longer to quote and process due to the nature of the item(s) in question;
  • the design and price must be agreed to prior to any work beginning;
  • once the design and price are agreed to, payment must be made in full (including shipping and insurance) prior to any work beginning;
  • when arriving at this point in the process, an estimated shipping date will be provided; and
  • custom orders are final orders and will not be refunded.
